In compliance with Meta policies and applicable data protection regulations, Bold Knight offers users the possibility to request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish us to delete all data associated with your account, you have two options:

Option 1: Email Contact

Send a data deletion request to our team at info@boldknight.ai including:

• Full name

• Email address linked to your account or company

• Phone number associated with the communication (if applicable)

2. Deletion Timeline

Once your request is received, our team will confirm receipt and proceed with the deletion of your data within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.

3. Scope of Deletion

The deletion will apply to:

• Contact data (name, email, phone number).

• Message history processed through our integrations.

• Any information stored in our database linked to your company or user account.

We will not delete information that is anonymized or that we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
