These Terms of Service govern the access to and use of the Bold Knight platform and the integrations offered through our application, including the connection with WhatsApp Business Platform and other services of Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our services, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent.

2. Purpose of the Service


Bold Knight provides automation solutions for communications and intelligent agents that enable businesses to manage interactions with their customers across different channels, including WhatsApp Business.


Our platform acts as an intermediary between your company, Meta Platforms, Inc., and the end users who communicate with you.


3. Registration and Use

To access the services, you must have a valid WhatsApp Business account and grant the necessary permissions through Meta’s OAuth flow.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during setup.

The use of the service is limited to legitimate purposes related to business communication.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Using the services for spam, fraud, illegal activities, or unauthorized bulk messaging.

  • Collecting or processing user data without valid consent.

  • Attempting to breach security, decompile, or manipulate the platform.


4. Data Processed


When connecting your account with Bold Knight, the following data may be processed:


  • Phone numbers, names, and email addresses of contacts.

  • Incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages.

  • Conversation identifiers and messaging metadata.


Bold Knight is not responsible for the content of the messages your company exchanges with its contacts. You are the legal data controller for the processing of your customers’ data.


5. Integración con Meta Platforms


The service uses the WhatsApp Business API and therefore:


  • Certain data is shared with Meta Platforms to enable messaging.

  • Your use of Bold Knight is also subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta Developer Policies.


6. Responsibilities

Bold Knight: to ensure reasonable continuity of the service, implement security measures, and process data in compliance with the law.

Client: to ensure lawful use, obtain the necessary consents from end users, and avoid misuse of the services.

Bold Knight will not be liable for service interruptions caused by third parties (Meta, hosting providers, etc.), nor for misuse of contact data by a client.


7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, and documentation associated with Bold Knight are the exclusive property of Bold Knight SpA.

The client retains ownership of its data and content, but grants Bold Knight a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service.


8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship remains active.

Once it ends, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

End users may request data deletion through the procedure outlined in our Privacy Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability


The service is provided “as is” and without absolute guarantees of availability.


In no event shall Bold Knight be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from the use of the service.


10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified by email or through a notice in the platform. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.


Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.


12. Compliance with Meta Policies


Our application complies with the Meta Developer Terms and the WhatsApp Business Platform Privacy Policy. All information collected is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is strictly limited to what is necessary to enable the integrations approved by Meta.
